Driving Penalties

There was an article in the paper today about possibly means testing the fines for driving offenses because it is not a deterrent for rich drivers. Good idea I say, although I doubt it will happen.

In the same article was the table below. I am not going to state the obvious. Read it for yourself and see how ridiculous it is.

No number plate / Death? Clearly the number plate issue needs clamping down on..........
