Seriously Etihad, your service levels are down, your food is worse, your prices are getting higher and now my Guest Card is becoming irrelevant. Come back BA all is forgiven??
Mate,
ReplyDeleteAs a former employee, I can truthfully say that EY has no interest in you, the passenger, anymore. Its all about the Dirhams. Nothing more, nothing less, the shiekhs must break even and the Aussie that runs the place is more interested in his bonus for making that goal than your premium traveling experience.
